We will be upgrading one of our databases to a current version of the software. As a result, there will be occasional interruptions in service for a small portion of our clients during the maintenance period.
We know there's been several of these recently and we celebrate your patience and understanding. We should be done with the remainder of our upgrades by the end of October.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working diligently to minimize the impact of this outage. Our engineers are scheduling the maintenance during off-peak hours to reduce the number of affected users.
