Database Upgrade

We will be upgrading one of our databases to a current version of the software. As a result, there will be a significant interruption in service for a moderate portion of our clients during the maintenance period. This outage will last between 2 to 3 hours after the maintenance window begins.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working diligently to minimize the impact of this outage. Our engineers are scheduling the maintenance during off-peak hours to reduce the number of affected users.
